Adjustments to parking stamp policy at NICC
Please be informed that, effective February 1, 2026 adjustment will be made to the parking stamps policy under the paid parking system at Nichada International Country Club (NICC). Parking stamps will be issued only at the Nichada Fitness & Recreation (NFR) gym during operating hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. To receive parking stamps, customers must present either a valid receipt or confirmation of a course booking for the same day. Parking stamps will be issued according to the actual time spent.
- A 20-minute grace period is provided. Any stay exceeding this period will be subject to a parking fee of 100 Baht per hour, payable upon exiting the parking lot.
- The parking stamp provides 1 hour of free parking (for purchases of 100 Baht or more at 7-Eleven or Starbucks).
- The parking stamps provide 4 hours of free parking (for purchases of 300 Baht or more at 7-Eleven or Starbucks).
Purchases from other stores and service providers will receive parking stamp(s) based on the actual time spent, with a maximum of 3 stamps. The maximum number of parking stamps permitted per vehicle is 3 stamps.
Overnight parking (after 09:00 p.m.) is strictly prohibited and will result in a 1,000 Baht penalty.

While firecrackers and fireworks are traditionally associated with Chinese New Year celebrations, their use in a residential environment can pose safety concerns and under Thai law, lighting fireworks must be authorized by the local government. Sparks or debris may lead to fire hazards or property damage, and sudden loud noises can be distressing for children, elderly residents, pets, and individuals who are sensitive to noise. Furthermore, unauthorized lighting of fireworks is illegal under Thai law.
With the well-being of all residents in mind, we kindly request everyone’s cooperation in refraining from the use of firecrackers and fireworks within Nichada Thani. By choosing safer and more considerate ways to celebrate, we can help ensure that the festive season remains joyful, peaceful, and safe for the entire community.

The January 2026 Secret Garden has passed with warmth and joy! Under the theme "Kind Words Corner" our garden was filled with positive energy and smiles from everyone in the Nichada community.
Today, we are doing a Recap of the best moments. For those who missed it or want to relive the memories, let’s take a look back at the happiness we shared!
1. The Wall of Positivity The heart of the event was undoubtedly the "Kind Words Corner" board. It was heartwarming to see children and adults picking up pens to share positivity. Messages like "Have a nice day," "Be proud of yourself," and "Keep Going!" filled the board, turning it into a true wall of happiness. Plus, everyone got to take home adorable quote stickers to keep the good vibes going!
2. Little Entrepreneurs at the Kids Market zone were buzzing with energy! We loved seeing the creativity and skills of our young shop owners. From colorful bead bracelets to the popular "Slime" station, the kids did an amazing job presenting their products and serving customers. It was a wonderful hands-on learning experience outside the classroom.
3. Fun & Play: Unleashing the Energy Laughter filled the air in the play zone! The Inflatable Castle became the ultimate gathering spot where kids jumped, climbed, and played to their hearts' content. It was pure joy for the little ones, while parents could relax nearby and watch them have fun.
4. Night of Community : Dining in the Secret Garden The evening atmosphere was perfect as families gathered to enjoy delicious food, listen to music, and chat with neighbors in a cozy setting. It was a relaxing night that truly highlighted the warm bonds within our community, a unique charm you can only find at Secret Garden.
