We are pleased to remind you of exclusive privilege, Velvet shuttle van service to downtown, available Monday through Friday. To ensure your seat, please make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance during our office hours, which are Monday through Saturday from 08:30 to 16:00 Hrs. You can book by emailing customerrelations@nichada.com (please also CC security@nichada.com) or by contacting your personal butler directly. Kindly note that reservations made by phone cannot be accepted.
When submitting your booking email, kindly include the following information:

- Select Departure time 5.50, 9.00, or 15.30
- Select Departure Location Nichada Plaza, Central World

Getting to Muang Thong Thani from Nichada Thani is Now Easier Than Ever!
With the opening of the MRT Pink Line and the new Muang Thong Thani Spur Line, reaching Muang Thong Thani is now more convenient than ever. Whether you're heading to an international exhibition, a world-class concert, or simply out for a day of shopping, your journey begins in comfort with Bangkok’s modern rail network.
Step-by-Step Travel Guide
1. Board the MRT Pink Line
To access the MRT Pink Line and reach PK10 – Muang Thong Thani Station, residents have two nearby boarding options from Nichada Thani:
- Residents with a 2-gate RFID card can use the Si chai thong Gate to board the MRT Pink Line at PK09 – Chaengwattana 19 Station.
- Velvet and NFR Members can use the Si chai thong Gate to board the MRT Pink Line at PK09 – Chaengwattana 19 Station or Expressway Gate to access the PK10 – Muang Thong Thani Station directly.
2. Transfer to the IMPACT Spur Line
If you are traveling from PK09 - Chaengwattana 19 Station, please disembark at PK10 - Muang Thong Thani Station and proceed to the second floor to board the Muang Thong Thani Spur Line, which provides direct access to the heart of the IMPACT complex.
3. Arrive at Your Destination
You can choose to exit at either:
- MT01 – IMPACT Muang Thong Thani Station
- MT02 – Lake Muang Thong Thani Station
4. Operating Hours:
Daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Extended hours until 11:30 PM on weekends and public holidays
