During the New Year holiday, a service team will be on standby to handle urgent cases only, including power or water outages, fire incidents, water pipe bursts, smoke or heat detectors sounding, air conditioners in bedrooms not cooling, refrigerator not cooling, foul odors caused by dead animals, or sightings of venomous animals inside the house.
